Camp Southern Ground Warrior PATHH
Warrior PATHH (Progressive and Alternative Training for Helping Heroes) is an evidence-based, peer-led resilience program designed specifically for active-duty service members, veterans, and first responders. It is a 90 day program that starts with 7 days on site followed by 83 days of vrtual support. Based in the model of Posttraumatic Growth, it is training to deal with trauma and struggle. This program is grounded in research and supported by outcome data for thousands who have participated in the program.
1) Reduces risk factors for suicide by creating a safe, stigma-free environment in which participants openly process and integrate past experiences.
2) Builds mental-health skills through daily mindfulness practices, emotional-regulation techniques, and cognitive reframing exercises.
3) Fosters sustainable peer support networks via structured small-group cohorts and ongoing virtual check-ins.
4) Addresses contributing factors such as isolation, unresolved trauma, and lack of purpose by helping each participant identify personal strengths, set purposeful goals, and engage in meaningful service or community roles.
